With having chronic problems waking up at weird hours of the night, time to get back to my super yummy homemade tomato sauce stuffed with mushrooms & kale, add pumpkin seeds & serve steamed carrots on the side! Topped off with a couple dollops of Greek yogurt with raw walnuts. And eat before 8:00 p.m.!
