foods that help me sleep? bring 'em on!

According to a HuffPo article,  ten foods & fluids  that can help Mr. Sandman do his thing include:

Carrots     Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice    Raw Walnuts   Greek Yogurt    Pumpkin Seeds    Mushrooms     Tomatoes    Virgin Coconut Oil     Kale      Plain Water

With having chronic problems waking up at weird hours of the night, time to get back to my super yummy homemade tomato sauce stuffed with mushrooms & kale, add pumpkin seeds & serve steamed carrots on the side!  Topped off with a couple dollops of Greek yogurt with raw walnuts.  And eat before 8:00 p.m.!
