Savoring my here & now life as I would a wine that was once undrinkably austere, yet has softened over time into an ample, even elegant vintage with finesse, focus & a lovely lingering finish of chocolate & cherries.
Sometimes, it just takes allowing enough time, a watchful eye, a Vintner's constant care & knowing when the time is right to decant & savor, and what once seemed unpalatable becomes wondrously ready to serve.
