book orgy

Of course - having turned into a domestic archaeologist, digging out the computer studio, what's the most natural thing to do?  Order up an orgy of books.  Which is precisely what I did.

First to arrive, yesterday - Fully Awake & Truly Alive: spiritual practices to nurture your soul, a book highly recommended by the great Jane Kerschner.

Not far behind, arriving a few moments ago:
the 52 Lists project
Start Where You Are ~ a journal for self-exploration
(pause for a moment to contemplate that one author is Moorea, the other Meera)
The Little Book of Mindfulness
Brave Enough, Wild, & tiny beautiful things - all by Cheryl Strayed
Lost Cat ~ a true story of love, desperation, and GPS technology

Add to those coming across Live What You Love - notes from an unusual life, a speaks-to-me book by Bob & Melinda Blanchard, and space is already getting to be a premium 'round these parts.  That clear book shelf space that was just cleared out?  Half-way to being filled.
